"Wrong Kit Sent, Support Was Okay"
I ordered brackets for my truck, but the kit that showed up wasn’t the one I needed. Customer support did get back to me, though it took a little longer than I would’ve liked. From my point of view, the most frustrating part was having to deal with the return shipping even though the mix-up wasn’t on my end. Not the worst experience, but definitely kind of annoying.

"Good product, shaky updates"
I mostly trust this brand, and the product itself showed up totally fine, so no real complaints there. I just wish the shipping updates were better because I kept checking like, wait, where is it now? Anyway, it arrived okay in the end

The light output is actually good, and it’s been working fine so far. I just felt a bit pressured to be okay with it because one of the brackets felt kind of cheap. It does the job, but I expected the overall quality to be a little better

"Warranty process was way more annoying than expected"
I bought some lights, and after a few months one of them started acting up. I thought the warranty process would be straightforward, but it turned into a lot of back-and-forth emails and waiting around just to get a clear answer. What really got frustrating was having to verify the same stuff more than once, like the order details and what was wrong with it, even though I’d already sent that information. They did eventually respond, so I wouldn’t say it was completely terrible, but it felt way slower and more complicated than it needed to be. For what I paid, I expected better support.

"Good overall, even though I was checking it in a rush"
I ordered some lights and the tracking was accurate the whole time. I was kind of in a rush and kept checking for updates, and it did update when the order shipped and had the delivery day right. The only thing was it stayed on the same status for about a day, which made me a little impatient, but it still arrived when it was supposed to. Overall, good experience.

"Loose connectors caused problems"
I noticed the harness connectors felt loose right away, and I pretty much assumed that was going to be a problem. Sure enough, they gave me issues during use. Maybe I got a bad one, but it didn’t feel very reliable to me.

"Had these put in last week…"
Had these put in last week and the beam looks a lot better than what I had before. It’s got a nice wide spread, no funky dark patches or anything, and it doesn’t seem like I’m blasting everyone else on the road. Took a bit of messing around to get the aim right, but once that was sorted, they’ve been solid. Happy with them so far...

"Super helpful and quick reply"
I had a question about my order because I wasn’t 100% sure I picked the right part. I sent them an email and figured I’d be waiting a day or two, but they got back to me in maybe a few hours, same day at least. It didn’t feel like one of those copy-paste replies either. They actually looked into it and explained what I needed, which made the whole thing way less stressful. Really happy with the service.

"Good lights, annoying install"
The lights themselves are fine. Bright enough, look good. But the mounting hardware felt cheap. A couple of the bolts just didn’t line up right, so I ended up fiddling with it way longer than I planned. Kind of frustrating. Got it installed eventually, though, and it works now.

The instructions were clear enough for the most part, but somehow one small step was left out and of course that’s the part that ended up causing me trouble. Maybe it would be obvious to someone else, but I felt a bit stuck because of it

"Helpful once they finally got back to me"
I’m a little fuzzy on the exact timing because it felt like I waited a while before hearing back, but once tech support did reply, they were actually helpful. They walked me through what to check, and somewhere in the middle of all that, the issue got fixed. So overall, the support itself was good. I just wish the first response had come sooner and been a bit clearer from the start. Not a bad experience, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

"Surprisingly Held Up for Me"
I’ve had rotten luck with lights like these before, so I expected them to start flickering or let water in the first time things got rough. But I’ve run them through heavy rain and a couple muddy trips, and so far there’s been no flicker and no water inside. I was worried the sealing would fail like it usually does on stuff I buy, but these have actually been solid. Happy with them.
